5th-Year Students of the Educational Program «B085-Pharmacy» Completed Industrial Practice in Analytical Toxicology within the Framework of Academic Mobility
From November 17 to 28, 2025, 5th-year students of the educational program «B085-Pharmacy» participated in the academic mobility program and successfully completed industrial practice in the discipline «Analytical Toxicology» (2 ECTS) at the Non-Commercial Joint Stock Company «Astana Medical University» and the State Communal Enterprise «City Center for Mental Health» of the Akimat of Astana.
During the practice, students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with modern methods of analytical toxicology and diagnostic toxicological studies, learn the principles of identifying toxic substances, and master the operation of the latest analytical instruments and laboratory equipment. Practical sessions were conducted under the guidance of experienced faculty members and department specialists, allowing participants to acquire valuable professional skills necessary for their future pharmaceutical careers.
In addition to the practical training, the mobility program contributed to broadening students’ horizons, strengthening academic ties between universities, and facilitating experience exchange in the field of pharmacy. Participants noted the high level of organization of the practice, the richness of the program, and the favorable educational environment of the host institutions.
The implementation of academic mobility promotes improving the quality of training future pharmaceutical specialists, developing their competencies, and strengthening cooperation between educational institutions.
