Training was delivered to 5th-year students of the Faculty of Medicine (group 103-MZhM, Kazakh department). The educational process was organized at Substation No. 2 of the Emergency Medical Service in Turkestan and at the simulation center of the university.
Classes (lectures, practical sessions, and supervised independent work) were conducted in full accordance with the approved schedule and syllabus. Interactive teaching methods were applied:
* Case studies and small group work: analysis of real clinical cases from emergency medical practice.
* Simulation-based training: practice of clinical skills (CPR, conicotomy, management of acute coronary syndrome and anaphylactic shock, transport immobilization) using modern mannequins.
* Assessment: ongoing and midterm testing, evaluation of student presentations and reports.
Results and collaboration
* Student encouragement: the most active students received educational materials in the state language developed by the department staff (“Pre-hospital Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation”, “Acute Respiratory Failure in Children”, etc.).
* Methodological work: in collaboration with colleagues from the university, algorithms for practicing conicotomy skills were revised and implemented in the educational process.
* Feedback: positive feedback was received from students based on survey results. The program was successfully completed, as confirmed by certificates issued by Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University.
