Allergology and Immunology: Achievements and Prospects

As part of the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference “Allergology and Immunology: Achievements and Prospects”, a training seminar was held at the Research Institute of Fundamental and Applied Medicine named after B. Atchabarov NJSC “Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov”

At the seminar, questions were raised about the possibility of flow cytometry in Life Sciences research, sample preparation and stages of flow cytometry, as well as determining the activity of T regulatory cells during inflammation against the background of the action of heavy metal salts using flow cytometry.

Present: the head of the department of science Smailova D.S., employees of the science department as well as representatives of the International Center for Vaccinology, Kazakh Agrarian University  and following departments — general immunology, biochemistry, pathological anatomy, pharmacology, pulmonology, pathological physiology, histology, normal physiology. Those present at the seminar showed great interest and motivation to use this method in their future scientific work.

The entire teaching staff of KazNMU was invited for general collaboration and collective use of flow cytometry.
