As part of the «Visiting Professor» program Children diseases Department named after N.A. Barlybayeva is welcoming Professor Anna Tilki-Szymanska between3rd and 13th of November, 2025
Anna Tylki-Szymańska is Professor of Paediatrics and Metabolic Medicine and Lysosomal storage diseases at the Children’s Memorial Health Institute in Warsaw. She is a principal investigator of numerous clinical trials for developing new therapeutic methods for patients with lysosomal storage diseases, author of over 300 scientific publications (H-index 48).
Professor Anna Tilki-Szymanska will give a series of lectures on inherited metabolic disorders according to the following program:

As part of visiting professor from 5th to 7th of November, workshop on «Rare Hereditary Hepatopathies in Pediatric Practice» will be held at the Scientific Center for Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery, with certificates.
Additionally, consultations of patients with inborn errors of metabolism are planned as part of the professor’s visit. As well as discussing future scientific collaborations and ways of enhancing publication activity in international peer-reviewed journals.
