“Everyone’s Contribution Is the Department’s Success: Honoring the ‘Employees of the Year’”

Today, the Department of Internal Medicine of Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University hosted a warm and inspiring meeting dedicated to honoring staff members awarded the title “Employee of the Year.” Certificates were presented to the Head of the Department, A.B. Sugraliyev, Professor Sh.B. Zhangelova, Associate Professors D.A. Kapsultanova and M.O. Tokbulatova. Special congratulations were extended to Assistant Lecturer Zh.E. Namazbayeva on the successful completion of her doctoral studies and the awarding of a PhD degree.

In an open and friendly atmosphere, department staff shared their professional achievements, discussed the outcomes of their joint efforts, and outlined future directions for development. The Employees of the Year, demonstrating strong leadership, expressed their support for the team and proposed promising initiatives aimed at improving educational, clinical, and research activities.

During the meeting, a plan of upcoming activities was developed and key strategic priorities were identified to further enhance the effectiveness and modern development of the department. The Head of the Department emphasized that teamwork, mutual support, and the contribution of each staff member are fundamental to the department’s success and sustainable growth.
