Forum of Medical Experts 2025
On October 7–8, 2025, the international “Forum of Medical Experts 2025” took place in Baden-Baden, Germany. Physicians from eight Eastern European and Asian countries were invited to participate in the event. Specialists from various clinical fields — adult and pediatric neurologists, general practitioners, rheumatologists, urologists, rehabilitation specialists, ophthalmologists and others — discussed issues of systemic bioregulatory medicine. The “bridge” between classical and alternative medicine has become a real platform for highly effective therapeutic opportunities.
The forum covered a wide range of topics — from solutions for chronic and acute inflammatory processes and the restoration of neural networks to rehabilitation possibilities for various dysfunctional conditions.
Participants of the forum had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with international research programs in the field of alternative medicine (both clinical and preclinical studies), as well as with new treatment approaches for chronic and acute inflammation, pain syndromes, stress, sleep disorders, dizziness, and many other conditions. Nearly all experts and attendees took part in joint discussions of current practices and recommendations regarding patient management in systemic bioregulatory medicine and shared their professional experience.
The Department of nervous diseases of the Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University was represented at the forum by Associate Professor, Candidate of Medical Sciences Elmira Balabek-kyzy Atantaeva, who delivered a presentation on the potential of psycho- and bioregulatory mechanisms in the treatment of neuropathic pain syndromes. The Karaganda Medical University was represented by Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Tokzhan Tokhtarovna Kispaeva, who also presented the results of her successful scientific research.
The experts were introduced to transcriptomic technologies — methods designed to study the transcriptome (the total set of all RNA transcripts) of an organism. The transcriptome includes all transcripts present in a cell at the moment the RNA is isolated. By studying the transcriptome, it becomes possible to determine which cellular processes were active at a given point in time.
“Nature has created everything necessary for health. We must use its power to help patients move without pain.”
The forum opened new opportunities for international cooperation and for addressing current challenges in multidisciplinary systemic medicine. It also contributed to raising awareness within the medical community and strengthening professional competencies and interest in further development.
