Representatives of KazNMU visited the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology of the Tashkent Medical Academy

As part of the “Academic Mobility” program, Associate Professor of the General Immunology Department Abilbayeva A.A. and lecturer at the Department of General Immunology Okhas I.M. in the period from May 20 to May 25, 2024, visited the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology of the Tashkent Medical Academy, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. A.A.Abilbayeva and I.M. Okhas conducted practical classes, lectures, master classes and seminars in the discipline of general immunology for teachers, as well as for 2nd year students of the Tashkent Medical Academy in the specialties “General Medicine”, “Medical Prevention”. In addition, the teachers of the department, together with the staff of the Microbiology, Virology and Immunology Department, held a round table on the topic “Prospects for joint scientific research and publication of articles”, and also discussed plans for holding a joint international student Olympiad for the next academic year. A.A. Abilbayeva and I.M. Okhas also got acquainted with the infrastructure of the Tashkent Medical Academy, in particular with the center of biomedical technologies, a scientific library and a test center.
