School of Pediatrics and Department of Children Diseases named after Professor N.A. Barlybaeva of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov invites you to take part in the Republican Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation «BARLYBAEV READINGS» on March 12-13 , 2026. The conference is held to support the scientific interest of practical healthcare doctors in the health problems of the child population.
Within the framework of this conference, workshops on problems of orphan diseases will be held, as well as a competition for Young Scientists (poster reports).

On March 12, as part of the conference will be held international master class by Professor Fernando Scaglia of the Department of Molecular and Human Genetics from Baylor College of Medicine (USA, Houston) on the topic «Mitochondrial diseases in pediatric practice.»
