Scientific Practical Conference
«Integration of medical education, science and practical health care»
in the framework of the “University Days — 2018”
We, the participants of the scientific-practical conference,
Supporting the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 10, 2018, relying on the seventh direction of this Message — “Human capital is the core of modernization” targeted on speeded creation of an advanced education system, and considering education as a whole sector of the economy with its investment projects and export potential;
Highly appreciating the provisions in the field of quality of training in educational institutions and medical services indicated in the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of October 5, 2018;
Taking into account the Kazakhstan Strategic Development Plan until 2025, including Tasks and Initiatives of the Strategic Reform 1 “New Human Capital”, the essence of which is defined as the development of human capital with high-quality skills demanded in the 21st century;
Expressing the desire to support measures taken by the Ministries of Health, Education and Science to develop the system of health protection, medical education and science;
Considering the increasing opportunities of strengthening the trinity of education, science and clinics, that is feasible due to the integration of the University and the five leading republican research institutes and centers;
Expressing gratitude to colleagues from countries of near and far abroad for their invaluable contribution to the work of the conference and other events held within the framework of the “University Days — 2018”
PROPOSE to University Management:
— make full use of the principles of autonomy, academic freedom and other emerging opportunities to build at its level an effective client-oriented integrated academic health system;
— carry out systematic work on the continuous improvement of the quality of educational, scientific and other processes;
— pay constant attention to issues of international cooperation in the field of education, science and practice, as well as other aspects of internationalization;
— take measures of a functional and structural nature to ensure steady economic development and financial stability;
— to study, with a view of the further use, the proposals developed by the participants during the round tables and faculty readings at the conference.
INVITE Colleagues from near and far abroad:
— Consider together with the University ways to establish mutually beneficial cooperation in such areas as academic mobility, scientific cooperation, etc.
