The Contribution of the Department of «Communication Skills» of KazNMU to the Training of the Personnel of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On March 27, 2025, instructors from the Department of Communication Skills of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov conducted psychoprophylactic training for personnel of military unit No. 5571 named after Hero of the Soviet Union, Guard Colonel Baurzhan Momyshuly of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The training included interactive workshops with practical examples, where methodologies and tools aimed at developing skills for independent and team activities in field conditions were mastered. Particular emphasis was placed on enhancing stress resistance and psychological preparedness of personnel for performing official combat tasks.

The event was conducted at a high methodological level and aimed at improving the efficiency of task execution by servicemen of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
