«Integration of medical education, science and practical health care»<\/p>\n

\u00a0 in the framework of the \u201cUniversity Days — 2018\u201d<\/p>\n

We, the participants of the scientific-practical conference,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Supporting <\/strong>the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 10, 2018, relying on the seventh direction of this Message — \u201cHuman capital is the core of modernization\u201d targeted on speeded creation of an advanced education system, and considering education as a whole sector of the economy with its investment projects and export potential;<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Highly appreciating<\/strong> the provisions in the field of quality of training in educational institutions and medical services indicated in the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of October 5, 2018;<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Taking into account<\/strong> the Kazakhstan Strategic Development Plan until 2025, including Tasks and Initiatives of the Strategic Reform 1 \u201cNew Human Capital\u201d, the essence of which is \u00a0defined as the development of human capital with high-quality skills demanded in the 21st century;<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Expressing the desire<\/strong> to support measures taken by the Ministries of Health, Education and Science to develop the system of health protection, medical education and science;<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Considering <\/strong>the increasing opportunities of strengthening the trinity of education, science and clinics, that is feasible due to the integration of the University and the five leading republican research institutes and centers;<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Expressing <\/strong>gratitude to colleagues from countries of near and far abroad for their invaluable contribution to the work of the conference and other events held within the framework of the \u201cUniversity Days — 2018\u201d<\/p>\n

\n

PROPOSE to University Management:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

— make full use<\/strong> of the principles of autonomy, academic freedom and other emerging opportunities to build at its level an effective client-oriented integrated academic health system;<\/p>\n

— carry out<\/strong> systematic work on the continuous improvement of the quality of educational, scientific and other processes;<\/p>\n

— pay<\/strong> constant attention to issues of international cooperation in the field of education, science and practice, as well as other aspects of internationalization;<\/p>\n

— take <\/strong>measures of a functional and structural nature to ensure steady economic development and financial stability;<\/p>\n

— to study,<\/strong> with a view of the further use, the proposals developed by the participants during the round tables and faculty readings at the conference.<\/p>\n

INVITE Colleagues from near and far abroad:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
