2015 in Almaty)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The tradition of carrying out conference is connected with introduction in 2010 of the Model of medical education of KAZNMU based on the competence-based focused training, observing the principles of Bologna Process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The program of the first day of conference is devoted to the subject <strong>&#171;Model of Medical Education of KAZNMU \u2014 the Competitive Graduate&#187;<\/strong> and includes discussion of questions:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\uf02dMethodological aspects of formation, development and an assessment of key competences of the graduate of medical university &#8212; knowledge, practical, communicative skills, self-improvement and self-development;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\uf02dDiscussion of problems of formation of legal competence of the trained;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\uf02dQuestions of realization of training through research;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\uf02dApproaches to improvement of management of educational process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The direction of the second day of conference is the subject <strong>&#171;Role of the Teacher in Realization of Model of Medical Education&#187;<\/strong> including questions:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\uf02d Model of competences of the teacher of KAZNMU and mechanisms of its realization;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\uf02d Analysis of implementation of the program of formation of a personnel reserve;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\uf02d Experience of introduction of the motivational and stimulating factors promoting human development;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\uf02d Questions of a joint liability of students and teachers for quality of education;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\uf02d Experiment of KAZNMU on creation of the favorable research environment for teachers of medical school.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Working languages of conference:<\/strong> Kazakh, Russian, English.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In work of conference participation of the Ministry of Education of RK, Ministry of health and social development of RK, rectors of higher education institutions and directors of medical colleges of Kazakhstan, representatives of practical health care, viziting-professors of KAZNMU and guests from partner higher education institutions is planned.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>During conference the exhibition of medical and scientific literature, poster and WEB SESSIONS is held.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The
