The results of the session of the Commission for consideration of applications for participation in the selection of service providers to attract and accompany foreign citizens for <\/strong>study<\/strong> at the NCSC \u00abAsfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University\u00bb.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

May 21, 2024, the session of the Commission on selection of potential providers of services to attract and accompany citizens for study in KazNMU was held. The Commission received applications from 3 applicant companies: \u00abIndasia Global\u00bb LLP, \u00abCentral Asia Education company\u00bb LLP, \u00abCIS Global Medical Education\u00bb LLP.<\/p>\n

Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. In accordance with paragraph 5.1. The Procedure for the selection of service providers for attracting and accompanying foreign citizens for training at NJSC \u00abS.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University\u00bb, potential performers are recognized as not meeting the qualification requirements. The selection was rejected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1) \u00abIndasia Global\u00bb LLP:<\/p>\n

    a) an extract from the bank on cash flows for one year preceding the year of the selection, to confirm financial stability is not accurate (balance and cash balance are not the same);<\/p>\n

    2) \u00abCentral Asia Education company\u00bb LLP:<\/p>\n

    a) The tenancy contract in the hostel 7 from 02.05.2024 with the LLP \u00abPSP International\u00bb is improperly concluded and is considered invalid;<\/p>\n

    b) There is no an extract from the bank on cash flows for one year preceding the year of the selection, to confirm financial stability is not accurate (balance and cash balance are not the same) (certificate provided).<\/p>\n

    3) \u00abCIS Global Medical Education\u00bb LLP:<\/p>\n

    a) According to the approved price list the cost of training for 1 year is 3,000,000 (three million) tenge, the amount of the guarantee contribution is paid for 40 attracted foreign students for 1 year. According to the \u00abSelection Procedure\u00bb, the amount of the guarantee contribution should be 10 (ten) percent of the total cost of training for 1 year for all foreign students, but not less than 50 (fifty) attracted foreign students.<\/p>\n

    b) The bank statement is not reliable (the balance of funds is less than 50 (fifty) foreign students attracted).<\/p>\n

    2. Taking into account the decision of the board of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 15.05.2024, the Commission decided not to announce the re-selection.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
