Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University continues to strengthen its position as the leading medical university in the region by expanding its international partnerships. In line with this strategic direction, a meeting was held between KazNMU representatives and the Consul of India in Almaty, Mr. Swapnil Kothawade, where a wide range of issues related to the development of cooperation in medical education and science were discussed.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The key topic of discussion was the opening of a KazNMU Representative Office in India, which will serve as a significant step in enhancing academic and scientific collaboration between the two countries.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

KazNMU\u2019s First Vice-Rector, Dilyara Kaidarova, emphasized that expanding the geography of international cooperation is not merely a matter of prestige but an opportunity to build a strong academic bridge between Kazakhstan and India. According to her, KazNMU today is not only a flagship of medical education in Kazakhstan but also a dynamically evolving university striving for integration into the global scientific and educational landscape.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Kuanysh Karibayev, Head of the KazNMU International Cooperation Department, outlined the main activities of the future Representative Office in India. It will focus on:<\/p>\n

— Supporting Indian students interested in studying in Kazakhstan\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

— Organizing joint scientific projects\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

— Facilitating exchanges with leading medical universities in India\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

— Promoting KazNMU\u2019s educational programs at the international level\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Consul of India in Almaty, Mr. Swapnil Kothawade, expressed support for this initiative, highlighting that expanding cooperation in the field of medical education presents vast opportunities. He noted that India is keen on strengthening its interaction with Kazakhstan, and KazNMU, as the country’s leading medical university, plays a key role in this process.<\/p>\n

The establishment of \u00a0KazNMU Representative Office in India will be a landmark achievement not only for the university but also for the broader medical community in both countries.
