Collaboration with foreign universities, organizations, and associations is one of the key strategic directions for the internationalization of our university. To implement this concept, the Department of Neurology is actively developing international cooperation with leading educational institutions and scientific centers in Europe, Asia, the USA, the Pacific region, and neighboring countries. We always strive to create an educational and research environment that fosters the exchange of knowledge, experience, and innovation, enabling our students and faculty to be at the heart of global educational and scientific processes!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>A joyful and exciting event marks the recognition and high esteem of the faculty of S.D. Asfendiyarov KazNMU! The Academic Council of the Research Center for Information Psychology and Physiology (Moscow, Russian Federation) has awarded the title of Honorary Professor to our faculty member \u2013 Associate Professor of the Department of Neurology at S.D. Asfendiyarov KazNMU, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Elmira Balabekkyzy Atantaeva!<\/p>\n

The title of Honorary Professor is awarded by the Academic Council of the Research Center for Information Psychology and Physiology (RCIPP) to Russian and foreign citizens who have made a significant contribution to the development of higher education in the fields of psychology, which are among the center\u2019s key areas of focus.<\/p>\n

The activities of the Research Center for Information Psychology and Physiology began in 1994 through the collaboration of specialists in psychology and medicine. In 1999, the Laboratory of Extreme Psychology and Physiology was founded, and in 2005, the Laboratory of Determinative Research joined under the leadership of V.V. Finogeev, S.K. Golikov, and A.V. Pogonyaeva. Since 1995, the center has been conducting lectures and seminars for physicians, developing medical equipment and software, and training healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n

Since 2005, RCIPP has been cooperating with the International Academy of Fundamental Education (a member of the International Commission for Higher Education, Houston, Texas, USA; a department of the UNESCO Chair on Technical and Vocational Education and Training — TVET; and, since 2024, an official BRICS Development Academy — Association for Science and Education Advancement).<\/p>\n

In 2017, the Moscow Center for Information Psychology was established within RCIPP, led by psychologist O.S. Mironov (author of the phenomenology of self-realization) and psychiatrist E.V. Shelkoplyas (author of the theory of developmental optimum). Since 2020, the expert and educational structure of RCIPP has included the UNESCO Institute for Peace Culture and the Institute for Human Development, Study, and Adaptation. As of 2024, RCIPP also cooperates in science, international, and interdisciplinary initiatives with the Epistemology Research Center of Professor U.Zh. Aliev at Turan-Astana University (Astana).<\/p>\n

The Academic Council of RCIPP includes 7 Doctors of Science, 3 PhDs, and 2 Candidates of Science. Over the years, the center has organized more than 200 conferences and round tables, including international ones, published dozens of articles (including in the peer-reviewed journal Traditional Medicine<\/em> of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation), and delivered numerous clinical research presentations.<\/p>\n

Scientific and clinical areas of RCIPP include: the theory of vector functional systems, system-nosological approach, extreme psychology and physiology, stress biology, pathophysiology, and information medicine.<\/p>\n

International cooperation enhances opportunities for scientific and clinical work aimed at achieving highly humane goals and optimally upholding the principles of unity in education, science, and clinical practice.<\/p>\n
