Student subject olympiads play an important role in revealing creative abilities of students, attracting young people to scientific projects and research. The main purpose of such olympiads is to identify and support talented young people, to increase motivation of students to realize their creative potential in their chosen specialty.<\/p>\n
Representatives of Kazakhstani medical universities take an active part in the olympiads, successfully perform at such events both in Kazakhstan and at the international level.<\/p>\n
On May 15 — 16, 2025 in JSC \u201cSouth Kazakhstan Medical Academy\u201d (SKMA) held a national subject olympiad on the educational program (EP) \u201cTechnology of pharmaceutical production\u201d (TPP). It was attended by 11 teams, 33 students from six universities, studying on the \u0415P \u201cTechnology of pharmaceutical production\u201d.<\/p>\n
JSC \u201cSKMA\u201d has established itself as a good organizer of major national and international events in the field of health and medicine, medical and pharmaceutical education. The Academy develops, modernizes, is open to innovations, supports cooperation with universities, research institutions of Kazakhstan and foreign partners.<\/p>\n
Recently in Shymkent on April 24 in JSC \u201cSKMA\u201d held an interesting and fruitful International scientific and methodological conference on the theme: \u201cModern educational technologies in medicine and pharmacy: challenges and prospects\u201d, organized by SKMA jointly with the Educational and Methodological Department of the Republican Educational and Methodological Council (RUMC) in the direction of training — health care.<\/p>\n
Participants of the Republican olympiad in Shymkent on \u0415P \u201cTechnology of pharmaceutical production\u201d was welcomed by the rector of JSC \u201cUKMA\u201d Seitzhanova J.S., wished the participants success. The competition committee included representatives of all universities, whose teams participated in the olympiad, which provided equal conditions for the participants.<\/p>\n
The jury members had a very difficult task. The participants of the olympiad showed good knowledge, erudition, wit, originality. It was difficult to determine the winners, as the results were very close, students and teams were separated by a few points.
\nOn May 16, the second day of the olympiad, the team results of the Olympiad and the results of the competitions by subjects were announced.<\/p>\n
The olympiad in UKMA was held in two rounds. In the first round the participants of the olympiad performed test tasks in the disciplines of \u0415P \u201cTechnology of pharmaceutical production\u201d.
\nRepresentatives of S.D.Asfendiyarov KazNMU traditionally successfully perform in olympiads on educational programs on technology of pharmaceutical production and pharmacy.<\/p>\n
According to the results of testing in the 1st round of the 1st place took the 3rd year student of the School of Pharmacy (SPh) KazNMU named after S.D.Asfendiyarov Esmyrza Ayhan (Head of the Department of Biotechnology and General Chemical Technology, PhD, Associate Professor Zhaparkulova K. A.) Student 4 year S.F. KazNMU named after S.D.Asfendiyarov Malikova Mirai was awarded 2nd place (Head, Associate Professor Koylybaeva M. K.).<\/p>\n
In the second round, teams representing Kazakhstani universities, performed with scientific projects prepared as part of research work of students on EP \u201cTechnology of pharmaceutical production\u201d.<\/p>\n
The results of the 2nd round, team competition for the defense of scientific projects:
\n— 3rd place — teams \u201cBrainwave\u201d (Karaganda Medical University), \u201cHakim\u201d (Karaganda University named after academician E.A. Buketov) and \u201cPharmFuture\u201d (KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarov);
\n— 2nd place — team \u201cPharmatech\u201d (Al-Farabi KazNU) and \u201cPharmatrix\u201d (Asfendiyarov KazNMU);
\n— 1st place — the team \u201cSanvita\u201d from students of South Kazakhstan Medical Academy took 1st place.<\/p>\n
On May 16 the meeting was held, where the results of the Olympiad were presented, students and teams were awarded according to the results of 2 rounds of the Olympiad.<\/p>\n
Participants of the Olympiad were congratulated by dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy of SKMA, associate professor Umurzakova G.Zh., chairman of the competition committee of the Olympiad, acting professor of the Department of TFP JSC \u201cSKMA\u201d Torlanova B.O.<\/p>\n
Participants of the Republican Olympiad on EP \u201cTechnology of pharmaceutical production\u201d thank the management of JSC \u201cUKMA\u201d, the organizing committee of the Olympiad, faculty of the Academy for the good organization of the event and a warm welcome given to the participants by the organizing committee of the Republican Student Subject Olympiad.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
