The Joint Student Research Program (JSRP) is a set of initiatives aimed at promoting and supporting the research activities of students from different universities. The development of a joint research program between universities is aimed at creating a unified environment where students can interact, exchange experiences and knowledge, and jointly address pressing issues.<\/p>\n

Research work provides students with opportunities to gain new knowledge and skills in research, analytics, and scientific thinking.
\nParticipation in student research activities opens up new prospects for career growth, including scholarships, grants, employment in research organizations, and participation in international programs.<\/p>\n

Key components of the Joint Student Research Program include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Researcher training.<\/strong>
    \nThe joint program includes various forms of training such as courses, seminars, and workshops on scientific methods and tools. It may also include organizing scientific conferences, seminars, youth research forums, and other events that facilitate knowledge and experience exchange.<\/li>\n
  2. Consulting support.<\/strong>
    \nThe program may provide students with consultations on various aspects of research topic selection, planning, and scientific article writing.<\/li>\n
  3. Motivating scientific engagement.<\/strong>
    \nThe program may include competitions for the best research papers, student-led research projects, and other events aimed at increasing student interest in science.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Stages of student research activities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Choosing a research topic<\/strong>, identifying the area of interest and formulating the specific problem to be addressed.<\/li>\n
    2. Formulating a hypothesis<\/strong>, proposing potential relationships between research variables.<\/li>\n
    3. Research planning<\/strong>, including methodology, timeline, and required resources.<\/li>\n
    4. Data collection<\/strong>, using various methods to gather the necessary information.<\/li>\n
    5. Data analysis<\/strong>, evaluating the significance of collected data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Scientific Novelty<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The Joint Student Research Program, developed for the first time, involves the integration of efforts from different universities or faculties to conduct research addressing shared scientific challenges. This provides students with the opportunity to work on relevant problems, broaden their horizons, acquire new knowledge and skills, and enhance their research abilities.
      \nThe goal of the program is to prepare researchers capable of conducting.<\/p>\n

      As part of the Memorandum of Understanding between Alfraganus University<\/strong> (Republic of Uzbekistan) and Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University (KazNMU)<\/strong>, from May 29 to June 6, 2025<\/strong>, student research work was conducted at the Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry of KazNMU under the Joint JSRP (under the educational program B085 \u201cPharmacy\u201d). The program was approved by Protocol No. 8 of the Departmental Meeting (April 8, 2025) and Protocol No. 11 of the School of Pharmacy CMC (May 6, 2025).<\/p>\n

      3rd- and 4th-year pharmacy students from the medical faculty of Alfraganus University<\/strong> \u2014 Guzal Khamzaeva, Makhira Zakirova, Nurbek Samanov, Miraziz Erkinbaev, and Mukogali Riskulov \u2014 conducted a series of research projects at the Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry.
      \nAssoc. Prof. A.K. Boshkayeva, Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Head of the Department at KazNMU, and Prof. F.S. Jalilov from Alfraganus University supervised the JSRP.
      \nDuring the research practice, students familiarized themselves with the main areas of the department\u2019s scientific activity, including the synthesis of new chemical compounds and pharmaceutical development of drugs. Additionally, they analyzed their results.
      \nThe students demonstrated various competencies \u2014 from independent work skills to the ability to systematize acquired scientific knowledge.<\/p>\n

      The university administration and faculty of the Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry created all the necessary conditions for successful research activity, providing key resources for mastering research skills (a roadmap and joint JSRP were developed).<\/p>\n
