Asfendiyarov in the \u201cPharmacy\u201d section.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Round I (Departmental Level)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dates:<\/strong> November 25, 2024 \u2013 January 24, 2025<br \/>\nA total of 88 students participated from the following departments:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Department of Pharmaceutical Technology \u2013 26 participants<\/li>\n<li>Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry \u2013 17 participants<\/li>\n<li>Department of Organization, Management and Economics of Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy \u2013 11 participants<\/li>\n<li>Department of Biotechnology and General Chemical Technology \u2013 6 participants<\/li>\n<li>Department of Pharmacognosy with a course in Botany \u2013 5 participants<\/li>\n<li>Department of Engineering Disciplines and Good Practices \u2013 20 participants<\/li>\n<li>Department of Chemistry \u2013 3 participants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a result of the selection, 56 students were recommended for participation in the second round of the competition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Round II (University Level)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Date:<\/strong> April 1\u20132, 2025<br \/>\n<strong>Venue:<\/strong> Building 7, Auditorium No. 9<\/p>\n<p>The second round featured original student projects distinguished by scientific novelty, practical relevance, and high quality of content.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prize Winners<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Second Place:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Indira Sovetbek<\/strong> (4th year, Educational Program \u201cTechnology of Pharmaceutical Production\u201d) \u2013<br \/>\n<em>\u201cPharmaceutical-technological parameters of Ferula dissecta (Ledeb.) Rakhymbayev<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prize winners were awarded diplomas and certificates.<br \/>\nThe university administration expresses gratitude to all participants, scientific supervisors, and members of the jury for their active participation and contribution to the development of student science.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Selected Projects for the Republican Student Scientific Research Competition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of the second round of the intra-university competition in the \u201cPharmacy\u201d Educational Program, several student scientific works were recognized for their originality, scientific rigor, and practical value, even though they did not win prizes.<\/p>\n<p>The following students were selected to represent the university at the Republican Student Scientific Research Competition:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Temirkhan Meirbekovich Tanaguzov<\/strong> (3rd year, \u201cPharmacy\u201d)<br \/>\n<em>Project:<\/em> \u201cComputer modeling of new derivatives of sulfanilic acid\u201d<br \/>\n<strong>Supervisor:<\/strong> A.K. Boshkayeva, Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry<\/li>\n<li><strong>Asel Anarbekkyzy Adilbekova<\/strong> (3rd year, \u201cPharmacy\u201d)<br \/>\n<em>Project:<\/em> \u201cProject work on organizing the conditions for proper pharmacy practice\u201d<br \/>\n<strong>Supervisor:<\/strong> M.I. Tleubayeva, PhD, Associate Professor, Department of Organization, Management and Economics of Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In total, Asfendiyarov KazNMU submitted 5 scientific works under the \u201cTechnology of Pharmaceutical Production\u201d program and 2 under the \u201cPharmacy\u201d program to the Republican SSRC. These works were highly rated by the expert committees and reflect current trends in pharmaceutical science and practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Republican Student Scientific Research Competition (SSRC)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Republican SSRC is held annually to foster the scientific potential of students, stimulate research activity, and identify talented young researchers. It is organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in collaboration with the country\u2019s leading universities.<\/p>\n<p>Undergraduate and internship students submit projects in various fields: medicine, pharmacy, natural and technical sciences, social sciences and humanities, and others. After a preliminary university-level selection, the best works are forwarded to the national stage.<\/p>\n<p>Winners and prize holders are awarded diplomas and letters of appreciation, and their scientific supervisors receive certificates of recognition. Participation in the competition enhances students\u2019 academic motivation, research skills, and preparation for future scientific work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Results of the Republican SSRC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>At Karaganda University named after E.A.
