Practical sessions were conducted under the guidance of experienced faculty members and department specialists, allowing participants to acquire valuable professional skills necessary for their future pharmaceutical careers.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the practical training, the mobility program contributed to broadening students\u2019 horizons, strengthening academic ties between universities, and facilitating experience exchange in the field of pharmacy. Participants noted the high level of organization of the practice, the richness of the program, and the favorable educational environment of the host institutions.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation of academic mobility promotes improving the quality of training future pharmaceutical specialists, developing their competencies, and strengthening cooperation between educational
