A small job fair was held at S. D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University with the participation of representatives of medical organizations from the West Kazakhstan Region.
\nThe event was attended by chief physicians and directors of regional medical institutions, who presented current job vacancies in their organizations. They also provided detailed information on employment conditions, salary levels, social support measures for young specialists, as well as opportunities for professional and career growth.<\/p>\n
In addition, a Senior Lieutenant from the military infirmary of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ministry of Defense located in Saryozek took part in the meeting. He introduced students to the specifics of service in military medical institutions, working conditions, and social guarantees for medical professionals within the defense system.<\/p>\n
The event was conducted in an open dialogue format, allowing students to ask questions, receive individual consultations, and discuss prospects for employment and mandatory service placement.
