The school was organized by associate professors of the Department of Internal Medicine at KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarov \u2013 Aizhan Bolatovna Almukhanova and Farida Erashimovna Rustamova \u2013 and first-year residents specializing in therapy \u2013 A. Ayagan, Dabys D., Aimakhan A., Almbay S., and Naushanbek T.<\/p>\n<p>The school addressed current issues in the management of chronic ischemic heart disease in combination with peripheral artery disease, chronic heart failure, and pulmonary embolism.<\/p>\n<p>The school was held as part of the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals SDG-3 \u2013 Good Health and Well-being and SDG-4
