Asfendiyarov invites you to take part in the International student olympiad \u00abLive life to the fullest \u2013 be healthy\u00bb, organized by the Department of Public Health.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the Olympiad:<\/strong> To enhance students\u2019 theoretical and practical training, develop their scientific potential, creative and professional skills, and foster interest in public health and preventive medicine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives of the Olympiad:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development of students\u2019 professional competencies;<\/li>\n<li>Improvement of specialist training in the field of public health;<\/li>\n<li>Promotion of students\u2019 creative abilities, identification and support of talented youth for research activities;<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening international cooperation between medical universities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Participants:<\/strong><br \/>\nStudents of medical universities are invited to participate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Format of the Olympiad:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe online Olympiad will be held in two stages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stage I:<\/strong> April 27, 2026 &#8212; Student testing on public health topics (50 test questions &#8212; 50 minutes). The average team score will be calculated based on individual results of each team member. Assessment is based on a 50-point system. The link to the test will be sent to participants\u2019 email addresses at 17:00 (Astana time).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stage II:<\/strong> Video contest on the topic: Promoting a Healthy Lifestyle Among Youth\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Submission deadline: April 30, 2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Evaluation criteria for video submissions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Duration must not exceed 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Relevance to the topic, social significance, creativity and originality, content quality, technical execution, practical significance &#8212; maximum score 50 points.<\/p>\n<p>Teams should send the video to the e-mail address: <u>alikeeva.g@kaznmu.kz<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When summing up the results of the student subject Olympiad, the members of the competition committee determine the winners in the team competition. The team with the highest score based on the results of the two stages of the Olympiad is recognized as the winner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Diplomas and certificates will be sent to the E-mail address of the participants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Working language<\/strong>: Russian\/Kazakh\/English<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date:<\/strong> April 30, 2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Terms of participation: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To register a team, you must send an application for participation no later than April 22, 2026, to the email address<u> alikeeva.g@kaznmu.kz <\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>Form of participation: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The team<\/p>\n<p>Team composition: (3 people and a supervisor)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Awarding: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad team competition are awarded with diplomas of I, II and III degrees, as well as certificates of participants.
