On June 24\u201325, the International Scientific and Practical Congress \u201cModern Neuroscience and Clinical Neurology: Integration of Science and Practice\u201d was held in the capital of Tajikistan, Dushanbe. The large-scale event was dedicated to the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and the 20th Anniversary of the \u201cNEURON\u201d Association of Neurologists.<\/p>\n
The Congress was jointly organized by the NEURON Association of Neurologists of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Department of Neurology of Avicenna Tajik State Medical University, headed by Professor Manizha Timurovna Ganizoda, MD, PhD, Head of the Department.<\/p>\n
The Congress was conducted in a hybrid format (onsite and online), bringing together leading experts from Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, T\u00fcrkiye, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia.<\/p>\n
The Department of Nervous Diseases of S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University (KazNMU) took an active part in the scientific program. The following distinguished representatives delivered presentations that attracted significant interest from the professional community:<\/p>\n
In addition to participating in scientific discussions, the KazNMU delegation held working meetings with their Tajik colleagues. The parties outlined concrete plans for further strategic cooperation between KazNMU and Avicenna Tajik State Medical University.
