Culture Day and Movie Night for First-Year Students at KazNMU
The Orientation Week at S. D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University began with a vibrant and meaningful cultural event — Culture Day, which served as an important introduction for first-year students to the university’s creative environment and active student life.
The program was rich and diverse. Students met with the university’s artistic director and received comprehensive information about creative activities, student art groups, and cultural initiatives at KazNMU. A special highlight of the day was the “Med Art” concert, which brought together music, stage performance, and the creative energy of students.
The highlight of the day was the evening movie night organized by the Center for Creativity and the student studio “MEDART STUDIO.” In the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the Concordia Student Theatre, first-year students truly felt part of the large university community for the first time. Soft lighting, a large screen, and genuine emotions made this evening a symbolic beginning of a new chapter — student life at KazNMU.
