Motivational Meeting “The Digital Future of Healthcare”
On March 16, 2026, the Department of Public Health organized a motivational meeting on the topic “The Digital Future of Healthcare.” The event aimed to discuss modern digital technologies, innovative solutions, and international practices in the healthcare system.
The speaker of the event was Yerbol Maratovich Spatayev, Project Officer for Data and Digital Health at the World Health Organization (WHO). In his presentation, he highlighted key trends in the digital transformation of healthcare and shared practical experience in implementing digital solutions at the international level.
During the meeting, the following key topics were addressed:
- implementation of digital technologies in medical practice (electronic health records, telemedicine, digital patient services);
- use of data and analytics in clinical and managerial decision-making;
- development and application of artificial intelligence in diagnosis and treatment;
- international experience and best practices in healthcare digitalization;
- risks and challenges related to data security, digital inequality, and technology adoption.
The speaker emphasized that digital health contributes to improving accessibility and quality of healthcare services, increasing system efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing patient engagement in managing their own health.
