“No to Corruption!”
On November 26, 2025, the Department of Normal Physiology with a course in Biophysics held a university-wide event titled “No to Corruption!”, organized by the department’s Anti-Corruption Council. The event took place offline in Auditorium 8 of Academic Building No. 7. The event was attended by the Head of the Department of Normal Physiology with a course in Biophysics, Ryspekova Sh.O., the Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs of the School of General Medicine-1, Tagirova R.T., and the Chief Specialist of the School of General Medicine-1, Belimbayeva G.M.Also present were the Head of Academic Affairs of the department Dzhusipbekova B.A., as well as Aitzhanova G.M., Artykbaeva U.S., Asan G.K., Kozhaniyazova A.N., Shaikhynbekova R.M., and Baibolatova L.M. The event was attended by the department’s faculty members, students of the School of General Medicine-1, and second-year students of the School of Dentistry.The event was hosted by second-year students Amanbay Nazerke and Mukhambetaluly Dulat, who conducted the program in three languages. The event opened with a performance of the kyui “Balbyrauyn” by Isa Abai.The informational presentation “What Is Corruption?” was delivered by students of group M24-028 of the School of General Medicine-1. Students of groups M24-028 and ST24-012 presented a video. The video demonstrated real examples of corruption and its consequences, helping viewers understand that corruption is a serious issue affecting human lives, society, and the future.A student of group ST24-012, Aliasqar Aruzhan, recited Abai Kunanbayuly’s poem “My People, Kazakhs, My Dear Nation” expressively.Students of group ST24-012 Ermekkyzy Araylym, Omirzak Saida, Toleu Adina, Baigaraev Arsen, Sapkozha Oryngali, and Sautzhanova Baktyly staged a performance titled “The Consequences of Bribery.”After that, students of group M24-028 conducted an interactive game. During the activity, participants were asked questions about corruption in Kazakhstan and measures to combat it. Audience members actively responded, and small gifts were given for correct answers. Following the Q&A session, participants moved on to a discussion titled “What Can We Do to Reduce Corruption?”Next, the floor was given to the Chief Specialist of the School of General Medicine-1, Belimbayeva Gulzira Meiramgalievna. She spoke to students about the work of the department’s Anti-Corruption Council, methods of combating corruption, and encouraged young people to follow the path toward a corruption-free future.Throughout the event, students and faculty members openly shared their thoughts, expressed their opinions, and discussed ways to combat corruption and mitigate its consequences.The event concluded with a performance of the kyui “Adai” by Amangeldi Nurasyl, a second-year student of the School of General Medicine-1.
