XIII Eurasian Congress of Pediatricians «Child and Society: Problems of Health, Development, and Nutrition»
The XIII International Eurasian Congress of Pediatricians was held in Xi’an, People’s Republic of China, from July 3-5, 2026. More than 300 scientists and physicians specializing in pediatric healthcare from various regions of the People’s Republic of China, Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, and Belarus participated in the congress.
Representatives of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov actively participated in the congress. Professors A.T. Musayev, G.T. Tashenova, Z.Zh. Nurgalieva, R.R. Aipov, and N.S. Bozhbanbaeva served as moderators and presented papers. Residents D.T. Sabyrkey and M.B. Mamedov also spoke.
The international congress discussed topical issues in children’s healthcare, including: «Comorbid patient — optimization of diagnostics and therapy», «Neurocognitive disorders in children — clinical guidelines for a pediatrician», «Allergy today — a new look at unsolved problems», «Clinical pharmacology and bioethics in the mother and child system», «Premature babies — urgent and delayed development problems», «Organization of surgical care — exchange of experience in various pathologies», «Respiratory tract disease — modern features of patient care», «Congenital and acquired diseases of the immune system — modern possibilities of early diagnosis», «Inflammatory diseases of the intestine and hepatobiliary zone — how to reduce risks», «Modern possibilities of diagnostics and management of the infectious process in children», «Neonatal practice: exchange of experience», «Issues of dietetics and nutrition in the practice of a pediatrician», «Rare diseases in Pediatrics — the complexities of diagnosis and choice of therapy» and other relevant topics that play an important role in the scientific and practical activities of pediatric doctors.
