Future pediatricians brought a celebration to the residents of the Shanyrak Center
On December 17, 2025, the Social Services Center «Shanyrak» hosted a charity event dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organized by the team and the school of pediatrics of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S. D. Asfendiyarov, the event became part of the social volunteering program, in which students of 1-3 courses of the SDF school actively participate.
Preparations for the concert began long before the event: the guys carefully selected the repertoire, rehearsed musical numbers, rehearsals of choreographic and theatrical productions took place in the evenings after study. The main task of the students was to create an atmosphere of joy, comfort and fun for the elderly. In the concert, everyone’s favorite songs of past years were performed, the dance «Kudasha» was presented, poems were read.
Especially touching was the moment when the participants of the concert presented their own souvenirs — postcards with congratulations and warm words from student activists. Elderly spectators enthusiastically accepted gifts in the form of electric kettles, which were taken care of by the staff and teaching staff of the school of pediatrics.
Holding such events not only brings joy to the older generation, but also helps students to show care, compassion and realize themselves in social activities. Thanks to all participants for their kindness and indifference!
