KazNMU to Host Public Health Course by Visiting Professor M.O. Favorov
The Department of Epidemiology invites undergraduates, graduates, doctoral students, and faculty to the course «Public Health in the 21st Century: Evolution of Systems, Tools, and Principles of Decision-Making», led by visiting professor M.O. Favorov (Atlanta, USA).
M.O. Favorov is an experienced global public health leader with over 30 years of experience in infectious diseases, epidemiology, vaccine policy, clinical trials and efficacy evaluation, laboratory systems, and strengthening international health programs. He has held leadership roles at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the International Vaccine Institute (IVI).
