Medical Students in the World of Art: Abilkhan Kasteyev’s Legacy and the Harmony of Art and History

Students from the School of Pediatrics named after Kamal Saruarovich Ormantayev and the Khalel Dosmukhamedov School of Public Health at Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University visited the Abilkhan Kasteyev National Museum of Arts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty.

During the tour, the students learned about Abilkhan Kasteyev’s work, viewed works of Kazakhstani and international art, and gained a deeper appreciation of the country’s cultural heritage. The visit also helped them see the connections between art, history, and society.
